Royvon Dog Training Schools was short-listed for two of 12 Technology For Marketing Awards and walked away with Best Use of a CRM Solution for SMEs at the awards ceremony held last evening at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
Royvon was also short-listed for the Judges' Special Award for Best Integrated marketing-Technology Campaign of the Year, an award granted to Yell.com. Managing Director of Royvon comments:
The Technology For Marketing Awards (TFM) was created to recognise the successes and results achieved by many end users in their application of marketing-related & CRM technology and interactive online advertising solutions within their marketing, customer service and sales campaigns.
Royvon, with the support of partnering information systems experts, AXLR8, submitted entries with the belief that their custom designed communications system and online, interactive Trainability questionnaire were not only unique, but proven highly effective in streamlining customer relations and recruiting business.
Royvon Dog Training Schools are the first and leading specialists for residential dog training. One of the challenges was providing dog owners with regular, detailed and personal updates on their dog's training progress and well-being without sacrificing valuable training time. The solution was to implement a system based upon AXLR8FastTrack(tm)
CRM and AXLR8Trigaware(tm) automatic messaging system. The systems seamlessly integrate with the existing software that already manages the logistical and financial side of the business.
The results have been staggering, freeing up to 50% of customer reporting time, without sacrificing quality customer care, and boasting of a 3-5% response rate from the Trainability questionnaire. Once implemented, both solutions require minimal further time investment.
The TFM Awards ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Tuesday 6th February 2007, where the entire industry gathered together to celebrate outstanding achievements and recognise the most cutting-edge marketing technology solution developments.
